NOTE: At any point that we have a refund and / or credit to the client’s account is always meant as interest-free.
The procedure for returning the product (s) you ordered from our website is simple and is completed entirely electronically via email to [email protected]
a) You mark what you wish to do (refund, credit, replace the product with same item, replace it with another, etc.), you note the reason for the return, the code of the product/s you wish to return and the order number that is connected to the specific product/s.
b ) In order the return of the goods to be valid,(defective or not), the above procedure should be performed and the relevant electronic command must be received by us within the time limit set in the return policy (next article) for every case of return products.
c) In any case provided for refund, or product replacement in the following provisions of next Article the product must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
For all the above cases, the products should be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging is that which normally accompanies the product (to comply with the codes of the business) and to be in excellent condition, together with all the documents accompanying the product (eg tags, Delivery Note, Receipt Retail etc.)
d) On receipt of the product you will have returned you will be informed via e -mail that you have registered during registration and every new process (for instance sending a new product replacement, etc.) will be notified by e -mail that you have declared during your registration and under the Article 3c above.
e) In particular, for the return of products whose order was held by telephone, the return of products for any reason will be completed after communication with the relevant department at the telephone number +30 2610 322100 always within the time limit and under the conditions set out in the return policy during working days and hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 to 14:00).
For every category of our products you have the right to return the product received within 14 calendar days without justification from the day you received it, at no cost other than reimbursement of expenses (courier, shipping , mail or otherwise), which will be at your own risk and at your own expense (unless is otherwise specified at any time by the company as a whole or specific to particular products, see Return Policy. Necessary conditions for having the right to withdraw within 10 days are: Do not use the product, remove any stickers or labels (eg tags, branding, etc.) of the clothing products . Also, all items must be in the best possible condition without any damage (without prejudice to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging, and must be accompanied by all necessary documents.
i) During packaging our company takes into consideration every product (regardless of type) to be packed specially and carefully in order to be delivered without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk to be damaged when shipped to you. Also in very rare cases it is possible to receive a defective product. For these reasons, and regardless of your right for withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.
ii) When you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from us. However, if you ascertain any damage/s and / or a defect in the product, you can inform us by contacting us at the e-mail [email protected] and / or by phone at telephone number +30 2610 322100, by declaring us whether you wish to send you a new product for replacement, or if you wish to enjoy your right of withdrawal. If you wish to send you a new product to replace the previous one, you can follow the returning procedure as described in Article 6a.
iii) If the product you received is proven defective by its construction, you can request a replacement with the same or with another product of your choice, or interest-free payment refund paid, if the product you want to replace is not available, provided you will send the relevant online order within 30 days of receipt (the return is free of charge).
