Your Order Request gets priority for processing, the next 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday) from the day of the receipt. Then you will immediately receive a message to the email address you have stated that your request is being processed by our company. While we process your request, we check the availability of all the products included in your order request.
i) If there is availability of all the products included in your order request within the delivery time stated in our online store, then you will receive a message to the email address you have registered, which will confirm your order and will include all the data. Shipment of products shall be made on the basis of the delivery schedule of our associate courier company.
ii) In case of unavailability one or more of the items added in the order and / or a product will be available after the time shown in our store delivery time, then our company will contact you either by email or direct telephone contact with you via our representative (or all of the above ways) to discuss or suggest any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.
