For these reasons and in order to inform you and protect you in the best possible way from unforeseen events, orders will be completed as follows: 

a) ORDER REQUEST

You can navigate to our online store, choose freely the products of your choice through the Koupepe.com and add them in your shopping list. Then, following the ‘steps’ indicated each time you may proceed to send your order request to our business. In order to offer complete services and facilitate your future purchases, you are kindly requested to register as a user of Koupepe.com completing all the personal information requested in the corresponding registration form. Then, every time after the completion of your purchase, fill out all the details of your request, to order the displayed items on the order form. All data sent to our company come under the strict personal data protection policy, applied by our company, collected and processed safely and carefully and only after you express your consent provided by sending the above form. In any case each time you send an order request to our business, you must have first accepted these terms of use, which govern the transactions between us, as a whole as referred to in Article 1 above. Also you are liable for the correctness and legality of the registered data that our business knows only by your statement. After sending the order request, an automated message is displayed that includes the details of the order request as received by our company. You will receive a copy in the email address you have provided us. All your requests received by us are subject to control the availability of products included in your order request (the control starts after the procession of your request). During the stage of receiving your request and the automatic display of the contents of your order request, the process of your request has not yet started by our company.

b) ORDER REQUEST PROCESS

Your Order Request gets priority for processing, the next 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday) from the day of the receipt. Then you will immediately receive a message to the email address you have stated that your request is being processed by our company. While we process your request, we check the availability of all the products included in your order request.

i) If there is availability of all the products included in your order request within the delivery time stated in our online store, then you will receive a message to the email address you have registered, which will confirm your order and will include all the data. Shipment of products shall be made on the basis of the delivery schedule of our associate courier company. 

ii) In case of unavailability one or more of the items added in the order and / or a product will be available after the time shown in our store delivery time, then our company will contact you either by email or direct telephone contact with you via our representative (or all of the above ways) to discuss or suggest any modification, correction or cancellation of your order. If it is impossible to communicate with you in a period of 10 days from the date you have sent your order request, your request is automatically canceled and you will need to send again a new order request. In any case of every new order (modified or not) you will receive again a new email in your account, and this message will be the confirmation of your order under which we will perform your order. Shipment of products shall be made on the basis of the delivery schedule of our associate courier company.

 

c) COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TRANSACTORS

Our business may contact you via email or direct telephone contact through our representative, in the data you have stated during registration, for cases regarding the duration until the delivery of your order or any matter concerning the intake, procession, completion and / or transport of your order and / or payment and / or the return of products or for anything regarding your order. PRODUCT DELIVERY / SHIPPING EXPENSES

In any case, your order will be sent to you by partner carrier of our choice during working hours and days (Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00). Our company and its partners take into consideration every necessary factor to ensure the valid delivery of the products ordered according to the above schedule. But we are not liable for any delays due to force or events beyond our control.
