In order to serve you in the best possible way, our company has a variety of payment methods for the products you are interested to buy, which are relevant and subsequently linked, to the processing time of your order request and/or the delivery time of the product to you. After you have chosen which payment method suits you, you select the corresponding payment in the appropriate field in your order request and enter the necessary data, if needed. The collection and processing of payment information you send us fall under strict protection policy of personal data applied by our company and are collected and processed safely and carefully and only after following your consent provided to us by sending your order request. Especially for credit card payments received – in collaboration with our partner financial institutions – all necessary security measures that provide maximum protection to your online transactions ensure your payments.
The payment methods are the following:
If you select as a payment method the cash on delivery then you will have to pay the corresponding price (and any agreed expenses eg. transport) on the receipt of the product by the carrier of our choice. This payment method is provided only within Greece.
If you select as a payment method to deposit the money in a bank account, then you should discount your order (and any agreed expenses eg transport) in one of our business accounts appeared in the order form, stating the code of your order request to start the processing of your order and the commitment of the products included in your order by us.
Then you should send us a copy of that deposit by e-mail at info@koupepe.com Upon receipt of a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount and display to our bank account, the procedure of processing and confirmation of your order and the relevant emails are sent. Failure to receive a copy within 7 calendar days or no-valid copy deposit of the full amount of your order, the order will be canceled without penalty and the sales contract will be deemed as never formulated. You will receive a relevant email in the email address you have provided us, which will inform you that your order request is cancelled. In case of cancellation or modification of your order until the sending (s) of the product (s) we will follow an interest-free refund of your money , then contact you with one of the above mentioned ways of communication (Article 3 c above) to give us the bank account in which you wish to make the deposit.
The Koupepe.com accepts the credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. If you select the credit card as a payment method, the process will be carried out and completed through our trusted partner – banking institution that provides all the safety guarantees of electronic transactions. The process is currently completed through Paypal that guarantees the security of transactions.
i) Before the order confirmation, there will be a pre-authorization of your credit card, charged with the total amount (price and any agreed expenses eg. transport) in order to commit the corresponding product (s) that we will send you. For some credit cards that the pre-authorization is not technically feasible at this stage, there will be a final charge of the total amount. If there is a problem with your pre-approval in the process of your order confirmation, we will contact you with one of the ways referred to in Article 3c above, in order to communicate this issue. Since none of the above mentioned ways of communication will not become feasible within 10 days of the dispatch of your order request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send back a new order request. In this case you will receive a message which will cancel your order request to the email address you have provided us. In case of successful pre-approval, your final credit card charge will be completed on the sending of the product(s) to you.
ii) If at any point, even after any consignment of the product you ordered, although the above prior approval has been obtained, any inadvertently and / or due to technical or other problems and / or for any other reason caused, your credit card has not been charged with the attributable cost and expense, we maintain the right to make the final charge and the amount of the costs corresponding to the completed order, at any later stage, at any time. After the final charge we will send you an email in the address you have registered, to inform you about the final charge.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present upon receipt of your order with your credit card and your identity. If the order is carried out in and for a company, then the credit card used, should be corporate. Therefore the credit card must have been issued in the data of the company. Also the authorized holder of the credit card must be present to receive the products, displaying his identity.
